Following the great success of our previous wine evenings, we organised another event in June 2023 with Angus Crowther of Tuffon Hall, an award winning local vintner. Angus talked about the growth of English wines and how his vineyard has developed over time. Since 2014, Angus and his family have been producing award-winning wines from their farm here in East Anglia, farmland which his family has been working for over 100 years. Angus did a tasting of 4 wines, one white, one rose, one sparkling and one pink sparkling one - all very much enjoyed by supporters of Purple Horizons.
