A Night at the Gallery - A Summer Ball with an art exhibition - 24th June 2023

We joined forces with Rise Africa UK once again and organised our very first Purple Horizons Ball “ A Night in the Gallery” in the magnificent ballroom of Hail Weston House.

The central theme of the evening was art hence our name “A Night in the Gallery”. Our ball began with a champagne reception in a “gallery” with artwork by local artists including John Waterstone, Lauren Keating, Grace Robinson, Iris Booker and Archie Carroll. They are all amazingly talented and have different and unique styles.

Guests enjoyed a wonderful meal provided by Robert Herron of Herron Catering and dancing. We also had an auction with some amazing items donated by supporters of Purple Horizons including The Goville Hotel, one of Cambridge’s most prestigious hotels.
